Why did I not get my points?
If you did not get points from your signup, then that means one of two things.
1)You did not sign up correctly, or the offer is invalid
2)Processing has not been complete. This can take between 1 to 20 days, generally.
I wasted $XXX on something, but did not get my points. What's going on?
It is not our responsibility if you sign up for sponsors that require payment to be complete. There ARE signups you can complete WITHOUT paying anything or even using a credit card.
IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED THAT YOU BUY THINGS JUST TO GET POINTS. The goal of PerkCentral is to reward you for doing things you would do normally. We just provide a bonus for doing it.
What are the delay times between when I sign up and when I get my points?
The delay between when you sign up for an offer and when you actually get it varies, depending on the sponsor.
What's the delay between a withdraw queue and actually getting the perk on a supported website?
It generally takes 3-5 days for a withdraw request to be processed. This process is handled by the affiliate site in question, so please do not ask us about delays in this regard.
How do I know when I get points?
You'll know you get points when it is in your Perk Central account. An e-mail message is sent regularly to notify users of events that happen in their account. However, it is our recommendation that you log in every once in a while, instead of waiting for an e-mail notification.
Can I have more than one account?
You should not require more than one account, and they are not supported.
