Definition
In this agreement, "us", "Perk Central", and "we" refer to Lai Logic Corp and all of its employees and affiliates. "The user", "you", "consumer" and "client" refers to you.

Accounts
Users are allowed only one account per person. Users suspected of having multiple accounts with reasonable suspicion may be deleted without warning. Accounts inactive for more than a month may be automatically deleted by the system. Accounts that are deleted will forfeit any and all points earned as well as voiding all orders.

Security
Users agree not to attempt to alter or disrupt the integrity of our service in any way, including but not limited to, bug exploitation, hacking, and denial of service attacks. Users must immediately report any bugs or vulnerabilities found to admin@perkcentral.net

Service
Our products/services are offered as is, without any guarantees. Although reasonable effort is made to ensure the smooth and secure running of our operations, we cannot guarantee that integrity of your data is secure.

Validity of signup info
Our service is designed to benefit both our advertisers and our clients. Advertisers get leads/sales, and clients get perks for completing specified actions. Although we cannot monitor signup/sale information at our sponsors, we would like to state that any type of fraud is strictly prohibited, and may result in immediate removal of your account, forfeiting all points/perks earned.

Accuracy of Crediting
We are not responsible for uncredited points. We make reasonable effort to credit whoever our advertisers tell us to credit, and it is assumed that they tell us to credit whoever successfully completes required action(s). Uncredited points are usually due to an error on the user's end by not completing all requirements, the advertiser's end for not reporting it as a valid action, or our end for inaccuracies in reporting. In none of above mentioned ways are we responsible for non-credit or mis-credit of points.

Limitation of Liability
We do not take any responsibility, financial, legal, or otherwise, for any damages/losses incurred either directly or indirectly through the usage of our site(s), service(s), and/or operations. ALthough we will try our best to maintain the integrity of accuracy of our user's accounts and other information, we are not liable for any losses/damages arising from loss of data.

Liability of products
Although effort is taken to ensure the both the safety and quality of our products, we do not make any guarantees to the condition of the product in question or take responsibility with what you do with products you order from us. By ordering any item via the PerkCentral service, the user expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. It shall be the buyer's responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws governing the sales of any items listed, illustrated or sold. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lai Logic Corp and all of its employees and affiliates for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State and Local laws or regulation.
